Kay Braverman has served her clients as a professional Realtor for over 25 years. She truly enjoys the wide variety of people she meets and appreciates the opportunity to build successful transactions that leave both buyers and sellers feeling good. And while Kay is delighted to help her repeat customers she also especially enjoys helping first time homebuyers find the home of their dreams. In 2004 she became a broker owner of Lepic-Kroeger, and is very proud of the company's continued commitment to serving the people of the greater Iowa City area.

Kay’s family includes her husband, Mace, and two children. Eric lives in Philadelphia with his wife and works in the food industry, and Natasha, who is junior partner with “The KB Squad.” Kay spends a lot of her time playing with and dutifully spoiling her first grandchild, Henry. She also has a Havanese dog named Spike, and several step-children and step-grandchildren. Kay enjoys travel, gardening, cooking and reading. She also serves as President of the Advisory Board for the Dean of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Iowa and sits on the Board of Directors of the Cedar Rapids Opera Theatre.

Kay comes by her love of music naturally, having trained as a classical pianist. She earned a Bachelor of Science in music at Bowling Green University in Ohio, her home state, and pursued graduate studies in piano performance at the University of Iowa, which was what brought her to Iowa City in 1967.

Stephanie Eenhuis

Stephanie Eenhuis, CBR, grew up in Burlington, Iowa. She is a graduate of Southeastern Community College, where she earned an Associate of Arts degree, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from the University of Iowa. Stephanie began at Lepic-Kroeger Realtors in 1994 as the marketing and listings coordinator. After six years in that position she became a Realtor and started working as full time licensed assistant for two of Lepic-Kroeger's top producers. In January of 2003, Stephanie and Kay formed a partnership, working together for the benefit of all of their clients. Stephanie feels it's a privilege to be able to help her clients with as big a decision as buying a home. Stephanie is a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), having undertaken specialized training in order to best represent people looking to buy a home.

Stephanie and her husband, Brad, love to go to movies and spend time with their chocolate lab, Boo Radley, at the local dog park. They are avid White Sox fans, traveling frequently to Chicago for games. They also cheer on the Hawkeyes during football and basketball season. For many years, Stephanie has volunteered for the Miss Johnson County Scholarship Program and currently serves as its President. She is also active in KidsVote and First Book, which focuses on encouraging literacy and providing books to low income kids in Johnson County.

Natasha Wendt

Natasha Wendt, ABR, is a native of Iowa City, having graduated from West High School. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in comparative religion from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts and her Master of Arts in medical humanities from Michigan State University, after which she returned to her hometown. She worked for several years at the University of Iowa College of Medicine and in 2004 Natasha joined Kay (who happens to be her mother) and Stephanie as their licensed real estate assistant. Then in 2007 she became junior partner in what is now known as “The KB Squad.” Since beginning in real estate, Natasha has helped numerous clients buy and sell property and has earned the designation of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).

One of the reasons Natasha enjoys real estate so much is the opportunity to meet so many people with such diverse interests and occupations. Sometimes those interests are the same as her own: traveling both in the United States and abroad, scuba diving, cooking and baking. Natasha also takes pleasure in introducing new residents to the greater Iowa City community and its wonderful shops, restaurants, services and organizations. Two organizations Natasha has been involved with as a volunteer include Miracles in Motion therapeutic horseback riding program and the Emma Goldman Clinic for Women.

 Natasha is married to Matthew, who owns and operates Guru to Go Technology Solutions. Their son, Henry, was born in 2006. Rounding out Natasha’s family is the loveable but aging kitty, Charlie, and a couch potato whippet named The Mighty Quinn.
